Returns - Important Information

The following instances are not eligible for Return:
    • If items are returned after 30 days from your receipt we will not be able to accept your return. 
    • Sales and/or promotional items.
    • Items sent to an undeliverable or incorrect address that you provided. 
    • Certain products or instances are not eligible for returns. These include:
      • Gift cards
      • Customized, Special Order and Game Used items
      • Apparel items unless defective at which time the defective item will be replaced at no charge.
      • Size issues that were not the result of factory error. Please use the size charts provided to assure proper fit.
      • Items sent back to the manufacturer. Instead of our return address (See Shipping below).
      • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, worn or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
      • As with all company's photos the nature of photography may result in images that are slightly different from the actual product received. We do not refund in these instances. 
      • Global Shipping Backlog: Packages slowed down while in transit. If your package is not received within 60 days of shipping we will replace it for you at no charge.
    • Courtesy returns for instances not specifically covered herein shall be in the form of Gift Card only and are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee per item.
    • Images shown on our website may differ from the item shipped, as our suppliers often change their images and graphics. We will do our best to update graphics as they change. We appreciate your understanding.

    • To provide you with the best service we process your orders upon receipt, therefore we cannot cancel or change orders after order placement.
    • Customized and Special Order items cannot be cancelled or modified once the order has been placed. These items are not eligible for return.
    • Please know that we are not responsible for the acceptance, safekeeping or return of any items that you ship to us in error, including items not purchased from our site. Should we receive and accept a Return In Error, we will require that you pay a reasonable Return Fee to cover the cost of processing and shipping the item back to you. Once received, we will use your last email address on file to contact you and hold the Return In Error not more than thirty days from its receipt. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the Return In Error or donate it to a charity of our choice.

    • We only replace items if they are lost, defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item for a similar item please Contact Us and we will promptly send you exchange information.

If you are shipping an item over $15, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
