Defectives, Damage, Incorrect items
We guarantee product quality and workmanship 100%. If the finished product is considerably different than is pictured, incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or defective, contact us no later than 7 days after receiving your order. Send a photo and description of the issue to email@example.com and include your order number.
Upon verification, we’ll happily replace and reship the item to you 100% for free. You don’t have to ship the damaged item back to us. Discard it, repurpose it or give it to your favorite charity.
If we are unable to correct your order, we will refund the original form of payment (including shipping costs). We cannot accept returns unless your item is defective (as described above).
Due to varying monitor settings, the colors represented on screen may not exactly match the actual ink or garment. Images shown on our website may differ slightly from the item shipped, as our suppliers often change their images and graphics. We will do our best to update graphics as they change.
Please use the size charts included in each listing. We are not responsible if you chose an incorrect size. If your item was mis-sized by the factory we consider that defective.
Your order may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.
We strive to provide you with the best pricing and quality possible. To continue providing you with this value our return policy is limited to replacement of defective and damaged product(s), as noted above. We appreciate your understanding.
